Now this project was loads of fun. 

I wanted something for the band I’m in to be energetic and larger than life but not so bland and boring that I would have to resort to the easy play of dragons and skulls. Well grab our drummers dad and a humungous sledgehammer, do a little compositing work and voila! Epic Blacksmith with a flair for flannel from hell (say that 3 times fast, I dare you) to deliver shredtastic riffage to the masses.

I am also proud of myself that I did not use ONE INSTANCE of lightning or flames. Although I am always tempted.
